Development Company

Tentative Title, LLC. is where the new worlds in my head become words on my computer screen (or typewriter). Surrounded by a team of creatives, I am able to develop multiple projects – thrillers, supernatural, horror, fantasy, comedies, true stories, dystopian science-fiction. I love all genres but supernatural thrillers and dystopian sci-fi stories have always been my favorites.

Non-Profit Company

Soul-Films, Inc. is a non-profit organization established in New York City. Soul-Films, Inc. is a non-profit organization established in New York City. Its mission is to create artistic documentaries that tackle today’s global topics by empowering people to speak up about what could have been and what could be – while keeping at bay the greatest menace to us all: complacency.

Production Company

With Three Horizons Productions, LLC. I am able to apply my business and leadership skills to manage diverse production teams and large budgets (largest budget managed was $90M) on various projects, such as: commercials (e.g., Orangina, AZ lottery, insurance, Amex, Marines recruitment, etc.); industrial and training videos; promotional reels; short films; web series; music videos.

Who I am

My name is Remi Vaughn and I am a passionate storyteller and filmmaker always dreaming up new worlds. I am a graduate of the National French School of Cinematography in Paris, then came to the US to study Mass Media & Film (BA), Anglo-Saxon Literature (BA), and Business & Information Technology (MSBA).

What I can do (and cannot do… e.g., draw!)

What I can do

For several years, I have worked as a technology professional while writing, drawing, and filming the new worlds I create. Living in-between two worlds – the creative world and technical world – I constantly strive to blend both skill sets. On the business side, I have pitched my projects and received funding from angel investors, which has enabled me to continue my development and production work.

What I cannot do

I am very fortunate to be able to wear multiple hats – creative and technical – on most of my projects. I use various applications such as Final Draft, Movie Magic Scheduling & Budgeting, Adobe Creative, MS Office. Aside from writing, I love producing, directing, editing, color grading, camera operation, and doing lots of research about any topics I want to write about. I love to experiment with technology to automate and streamline all aspects of media production. I am not a 2D or 3D artist, but I collaborate with people who are very talented artists and can create just about anything from words into visuals.
